Features, limits, and availability vary by subscription plan and may be updated or modified at MaVoid's discretion.

By using MaVoid services, you confirm that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• All information provided during registration is accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. MaVoid is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

• All services are offered on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access
• MaVoid reserves the right to adjust pricing, plans, or billing structures with prior notice

All payments made to MaVoid are subject to the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not trigger a refund
• Access continues until the end of the active billing period
• Refunds, if any, are handled strictly in accordance with the published Refund Policy

You agree not to use MaVoid services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload or distribute malicious software
• Abuse system resources or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities

MaVoid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use standards without prior notice.

All software, content, trademarks, logos, designs, and documentation provided by MaVoid are the exclusive property of MaVoid or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during an active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred.

• Customer data remains the property of the customer
• By using MaVoid services, you grant MaVoid permission to process and store data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services
• MaVoid implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data but does not guarantee absolute security

• MaVoid aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service unavailability
• Service credits, if applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy or applicable service agreements

MaVoid may suspend or terminate access to services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected
• Required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, and outstanding balances remain payable.

MaVoid services may integrate with third-party tools or platforms.

MaVoid is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or failures. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MaVoid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• MaVoid's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the preceding billing period
• Use of the services is at your own risk

You agree to indemnify and hold MaVoid harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

MaVoid reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be published on the website and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
